"Upon arrival we were graciously granted with a complimentary upgrade. The front desk staff was amazing and the valet service was great. We went up to our room which was very spacious and perfectly Mountain rustic. The hotel was clean and amazing. The walk to the free Gondola was 2 minutes away and sweeped us down the mountain to the town of Telluride. The breakfast in the morning was complimentary as long as you picked up your card from the front desk. Would definitely stay here again."
