No view in room

Nice property, but for a very high per night room charge, our view was of a stone wall 10 foot away. Dumb architecture.

Absolutely fabulous!

This hotel is perfect. I want to live here. Ir is truly an amazing property. Every aspect of our stay surpassed expctations. The staff was top notch and the rooms were pure luxury from the applicance in the kitchen to the flat screen tvs to the steam shower. I will definitley stay here again and I recommend it 100 percent!

Best Ski Resort

My family of five visited the Lumiere Hotel in January 2010. The hotel was gorgeous and the service was 5 star. We had 3 children under the age of 8 traveling with us which can sometimes be a bit on the stressful side. The hotel staff took the stress out of our scenario. The hotel manager recommended a ski rental place (black tie ski rentals, I thinkl) that came to our hotel room to fit the my husband and I and the kids for skis and helmets. Talk about convenience without stress!! The hotel room was GORGEOUS!! Stainless steel appliances, sold dark wood stained doors and trim, and even a hot tub off the master bedroom, just to name a few of the many perks of the room! We thoroughly enjoyed every minute in our room. We were able to cook meals for our children and avoid taking tired children out to dinner every night. It was terrific! The skiing was fabulous!! Our two older children took lessons and were "expert" skiers by the time we left. This allowed my husband and I to go off on our own to ski! Can I say heaven??? The hotel management recommended a nanny from Annie's nannnies for our 3 year old. He loved her!! They went on adventures on the Gondola and buses in town and even baked cookies in our room!! She was wonderful!! If you want a family friendly, ski in/ski out experience in a beautiful setting, this is the place to be!! The management, ski valets, and bar staff are there to assist you in any way possible! I highly recommend this hotel!!
