The room was clean and comfortable. The pool area was also well taken care of and had lots of comfortable seating. The staff was quick and responsive to any needs we had during our stay.

Yes the room was fine staff was fine. The pool was out of service and I called up and spoke to a manager when told it's out of service and he said it's working it was not. My family was Very disappointed

The room was the dirtiest i ever been in. The tub literally had mold. The sink was clogged. I showed them a video and all they offered me was a complimentary breakfast. The front desk staff did understand. I just have to wait for management to respond

The Heldrich Hotel
Great location, walking distance to a lot of bars, eateries, etc. Everything was up to par, we were in and out for a quick one night stay so did not get to take advantage of much, but would definitely book and stay at this hotel again.
