Very unique Japnese restaurant in the Hotel. Waited more than an hr but it was packed. Highly recommend to make a reservation before you have lunch or dinner.

This is a failure of customer care- no one at desk this morning, they lost my reservation yesterday and seemed clueless as to why- room had loose toilet which gave off a bad smell. Still there is potential here great location and good rates- but this seems poorly run

I loved the location. The staff were very friendly and the Gym was pretty decent too. Even though the room was kind of small is a good place to stay.

Bed very comfortable. Nice tv. Nothing special about room but nothing bad. Very very strange layout of hotel, rooms directly across from elevators. Can hear housekeepers talking in hallway in morning. Overall I would stay again nothing wrong with room. In a good location felt safe.

this was my third week of travel to APA, saw different front desk staff, had the same bbad experience as some other reviewers have mentioned. Caitlen should not be working the front desk, she has no knowledge on how to talk to customer, especially loyal customers.
