There have no laundromat for customers , the breakfast kiosk lady is very rude no friendly at all, the servers’ clothing was very untidy , the front deck’s sofa and elevator’s carpet need are ran off need to replaced. Otherwise it is a good hotel close to Nanjing walking street.

部屋はきれいで、朝食もブッフェ形式でとてもおいしいです。徒歩圏内に駅はないのでやや不便。ホテルが駅までのシャトルバスを出しているが、出発の時間が決まっているため、少し自由さが欠ける。ディズニーランドからホテルに戻ってコンビニエンスストアが近くにあればよいなと思うことがあったが、近くにはない（10分くらい歩いたところにNovotel Shanghai Cloverがありその目の前には、セブンイレブンとファミリーマートがあるのでそこまで歩く必要がある）施設面については非常に良いホテルだが、上海を自由に観光する面では少し工夫が必要かなと感じる
