Cozy Home w/ ATV Trail Access in Berlin!
It was great to have a whole house and proximity to mountains and town of gorham too. The houses surrounding the property were somewhat sketchy. The attention to detail in regards to cleanliness was only ok. There is no laundry but owner sent a check for the load we did.

The property owners were terrible with communication. We tried to call before leaving but website said calls not allowed and we assumed that owners would b there or some instructions as it clearly said that there was contactless check in available! We had so much food and 6 kids who were traumatized ...
