There was no kitchen, just a counter with microwave and a small fridge below the counter. Breakfast was packed, had to be ordered the night before, not buffet, but breakfast was really good.

Hotel Alice is one of our favorite places to stay at Atlantic Beach. We stay year round, however the last time I noticed the rooms were NOT as clean as previous stays! Everything from the bed likened to the towels. We were very disappointed because we know this isn’t the normal experience.

Only complaint was apparently they have a mandatory $15/day valet parking which was not mentioned in the listing nor explained upon our arrival. We had no parking issues the first two days of our stay but on our third day a valet informed us we had to pay $15 to park there. He became very rude and stated he would have our vehicle towed. The hotel needs to either clearly state there is a parking charge or just include it in the daily rate. "
