did not like at all!!! room was outdated,and smelled like mildew or something real strong.it gave a headache smelling it all weekend. ac was loud and old. water barely came out of shower head.it was all crusted up. checked the bed for any bed bugs it was clear.but the cover looked like it never got washed had blood stains on top of comforter.and sheet was all stained up top sheet was dirty looking to.carpet seemed damp to bare feet,so i wore my shoes after that when id move around the room. it was just a bad experience.also we was put in a corrider as u call it had no light showing from window it kept us thinking it was night when we woke up.bad way into motel to get to it.all messed up getting to it.

Disappointment/would not stay there again

The room was extremely clean and smelled nice. We had booked a handicap room, which apparently this location does not have what I saw on the website. There was not a walk-in shower and the bath tub was a little slick even with a rubber mat in it. The toilet was very low to the floor with a rail on one side only, making it difficult for a disabled person to lower himself and get up safely. The toilet seat was loose. There were handicap parking spots with a ramp further down the sidewalk, but they were not close to our room. There was only one small trashcan in the room beside the fridge (none in the bathroom or vanity area), with no extra trash bags. When we had called ahead to find out if there was a smart tv, we were told there was not, but there were 50 or 55 inch televisions in all of the rooms. The tv in our room was 32 inch (I know because we have always bought this size for bedrooms). The bedding was clean, but the mattress was lumpy and not comfortable. Overall, it was a nice room just looking at it.

This is the second time we have stayed somewhere after booking with Expedia that when we got to check in the person at the front said “since you booked third party you have to go to the back”. The back of this motel left a lot to be desired. That’s where all the people who live in the motel are at. The carpet on the floor was so gross. And there was grass all in the floor. Odd for a paved lot. The bed was comfortable but you felt like you were going to catch something by laying on it. And the bathroom. No thanks. We wouldn’t even shower there. Wouldn’t book this through Expedia. Might be better if you booked directly through the motel itself.

Room was filthy, roaches, mice droppings. But we cleaned it and made it smell less musty. Everyone was very friendly. Pool was clean. Glad they accept dogs. Would stay there again.

Do NOT stay here!!! Sleep on the beach!

Do not stay here!! Drug deal upstairs. Molded hair dryer cord. Outlet by lamp didn’t work. Corroded something in bathtub at drain. Stains on sheets. Tiny tv. Outdated. First room we checked into was so strong of a baby powder spray smell that we had to move rooms. 2nd room smell was a little better—-Kept door to room very locked. Next morning person parked right beside us smoking pot in her car with door open and smell coming right into our room. The only reason we did not leave was $$ was no refundable. Bad area too.

The smell of mold and mildew slammed us in the face immediately after walking into the room. We were checking in late, were tired, and I thought we coukd deal with it until morning, but I literally didn't sleep much because the smell kept waking me up. There also appeared to be mouse poop in the bathroom, rusty staples popping out frm under paint, and I could see mold under peeling paint in the morning. There's no way the condition was unknown or a new issue.

Overall, it was OK. The staff was good. Under the bed skirt it appeared there were droppings from bedbugs. Many things need updated like the door going into the room stack and it took a lot of forced to open and close it.

We stayed 2 nights. The first night, our room's AC unit was out. Maintenance was prompt at finding the problem. Since we had 2 sleeping babies, we opted to wait until the next day to have it fixed. They gave us another room the next morning and a 20% discount for our troubles. Rooms were clean, staff was very nice. Thank you!

Overall easy check in and clean rooms. We woke up a few times throughout the night from outside noise. Pillows were a little flat. Breakfast was as a let down - would have liked to see some fresh fruit or healthy options. It was just muffins, cereal, waffles and individual sandwich bagged bread which I presume was intended for toast. Excellent air conditioning though and an overall decent stay.

Every time we had to go to the desk atleast 10min for staff to come, water in room and room smelt like musty wet smell, shower didn’t work, water outside every door so you can slip awful walking. From AC. Outside needs repair.
