Nice location!! Big rooms!! Kind staff! Everything was ok besides that I made a reservation for 3 addults and the third bed was very small and the third eprson didnt fit in it. So, if tou need room for 3 grown ups, this is not the hotel for you.

The overall experience has been very good. The room was fairly small compared to hotels in North America but I guess that is understandable given real estate value in Switzerland. However, I would definitely recommend the hotel.

"Great location hotel was clean and well maintained.
Negativities : the front rooms face the train are very noisy until midnight.
The beds are foam and hard as a rock to sleep on.
The staff could be more welcoming and pleasant to guests, but after being in Switzerland for awhile you quickly see this is not in their nature to smile or be generally polite to strangers."
