Great hotel in old town, easy walk to the cathedral, shops, restaurants, Lake Zurich, right near a tram pick up spot, very convenient! I loved the little cafe on the first floor as well! Very nice place to stay in Zurich if you’re looking to enjoy the city.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, with a tram stop nearby and close proximity to Grossmünster, as well as plenty of surrounding shops and restaurants. The room and bathroom were both very spacious and clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. They provided thoughtful amenities like slippers, a laundry bag, and a paper bag in the room. I especially appreciated the ample counter space in the bathroom for personal items. Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Dont get the attic room if you are over 5’2” !!! Or if you have a bag and want someplace to put it. So many places to hit your head, it was like a fun house! Stay away!

I love the property. I did not love no air conditioning. We had to keep our window open to stay cool and the bell tower went off every 15 minutes. Please consider getting air conditioning the breakfast, the staff, and everything else was impeccable

Its the perfect location. Near lots of shops and restaurants. Walking distances to almost everything. The down fall if staying more then 2 nights is no English speaking anything on the TV. No new BBC nothing. You come in from all day out and about and would just like to catch alittle on news beside watching you phone.

Great staff- friendly & helpful. Very efficient use of space. Strange thing about Europe and no shower food or curtains — the water goes everywhere no matter what you try to do to minimize it. Also, the Air Conditioning was minimal, there was a preset limit on the temperature.
