"Beautiful place that still holds the jungle theme we traveled for with absolutely gorgeous Veranda that I miss now. That being said, we had the worst experience (and I’ve been to over 60 countries and countless hotels) at check-in. The hotel apologized and the rest of the staff were super nice throughout our week there. I don’t know why they put the least helpful person at the very first touch point of customers journey so took a star off for that unpleasant and rude staff."
