The pool was out of service and the staff knew that morning and they knew they were booked, but they chise NOT to call and get the pump fixed and when I asked if they we're going to ask a nearby hotel about using their pool facilities to try and accommodate guest the women behind the desk gave a snotting NO!

We apologize that we were having some mechanical issues with the pool while you were here. It wasn't that we chose not to get the pump fixed. We worked very hard to resolve the issue promptly. The issue was that the part that we needed to fix the issue was not available that same day. We had to have it shipped overnight. The breakfast was EXCELLANT. The room was great for the price. We had just stayed at a Baytree by Windam within the last month . Compared to that this hotel was a 15!!!

Unfortunately the bed hurt my back so didnt sleep, but jacuzzi was nice and it was nice experience

Cigarette smoke and noise

First time in a very long time I stayed in a room that smelled of cigarettes. The smell was also in the hallway. The room was marked nonsmoking but there were rooms across the hall which were not marked as nonsmoking. Perhaps the air was recycling through the a/c system? If a person is really sensitive to such smells, not the place for them. Also, lots of noise transfer through the walls. Things seemed clean and updated, staff was friendly, but the smell was an issue. Should have asked for another room but got in late and thought it would be ok
