Our room had lots of dog hair in the carpet. Also found a dog turd behind the chair. Had to wait for the desk person upon check In and check out because they were busy doing other duties. Breakfast was terrible. NOT HAPPY.

The only complaint if you want to call it one was the doors. They were so hard to open. Getting into the room door was not as bad because you pushed it open. But when leaving the room it was like there was someone holding it closed on the other side. Just too much effort and hard to get things out the door because it wanted to shut.

The staff was fantastic. The room was clean. Disappointed that the pool was down and apparently has been for sometime that was the reason we had specifically booked this hotel. The front doors were broken which from the looks of the other reviews its been broken for a bit also. It would be a great hotel if they could get the things fixed that they needed fixed.Wpuld definitely be willing to stay again next time hopefully they have that stuff fixed.

Staying with grandkids while their parents had baby. Booked here for the pool so they could swim. After checking in found out pool was closed! Also dryer was broke but could pay front desk $5 today a load of laundry! Very minimal breakfast most fruit was old.

Visit

The hotel's front doors weren't working they were just left open. The elevator was very slow to open and close. The room was okay, the light fixtures were dirty, the bathtub wouldn't drain during showering. The hotel was quiet and staff were nice and helpful.
