Our stay here was fantastic. We loved the room - bed was incredibly comfy and we had a wonderul view from our balcony. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Couldn't have asked for more and we will hopefully revisit soon.

The man on reception was super helpful. We were able to leave our luggage after we checked out until we had to get our train. This is on the quieter part of the lake, but that's what we wanted. We didn't take the breakfast option.

The room are clean! And the location is really ideal in terms of walkable distance to everywhere i needed to go during my stay. Breakfast spread is also good as well! Staffs were welcoming and courteous. I had a pleasant stay there!

Avery nice hotel pretty much in the centre of Klagenfurt. Very clean. Friendly, helpful staff. My room was small, and there is really no space or rack on which to open a suitcase. Good food at the next-door restaurant.

Come on folks, put a smoking area a few feet away from the door and not allow your guests to block the entrance with clouds of smoke. I laugh when you call yourself a “wellness” resort! If you can’t tolerate cigarette smoke everywhere, don’t book this place. "
