"The bathroom is a hazard as it has a high step up and may cause tripping on the way down. It is not suitable for seniors and young children even though we can shower in the public bath, we still need to visit the toilet as a bare necessity. The staff is helpful and help us reserve restaurant at short notice despite language barrier."

"Overall, nice and central place in Kitami to stay. Bed was comfortable, several parking lots make it easy to park. We did have some late night partiers the first night, but I was too tired to be bothered and it wasn't reflective of the hotel. I hadn't stayed in a Dormy Inn, but I would stay in this one or another again. Didn't try the onsen, but it looked like a nice small onsen was available."
