How can a hotel catering to air travellers not even have coffee available in morning and breakfast does not start until 7???!!!??? Not an ideal place if you are catching a flight.

The room and hotel facilities-gym, pool, hall etc. is great. I was there for an event, with over 200 guests. The service was slow all day, specifically dining which is too bad as the hotel is located in an industrial area with limited or no dining close by. With that said, the wait time for a cup of coffee is 15-25 min and drinks from bar longer. As for food, you’ll realized you’d forgotten you ordered. Since I was there for an event, my guess can only be that they weren’t prepared. Truth be told, I can only recommend this hotel if it’s a sleep, wake up and go and by go I mean leave. A five star facility operated by two star staffing.
