"I really like this hotel and I have stayed in this hotel many times but this trip seems like the best overall experience. The concierge desk staff was very friendly and helpful assistance me with with help with ordering food and transportation service. Im disabled guests and they were very patient and kind hearted to me and my friend too. I would like to say thank you to one of their staff who helped me throughout my stay. Her name is Rei Yang. She is very sweet and kind hearted. "

"Pleasant hotel with charming and helpful staff, great cafe and excellent rooftop restaurant. Breakfasts are mega. Wonderful kingsized bed, strange transparent glassed-in bathroom. Who needs to be seen in the shower or on the toilet?? On a hilly slope for those with walking issues, please note, but relatively near subway, and across the road from airport limousine bus. Many good cafes in area."

"A very upscale but still understated hotel consistent with the Westin brand. Excellent if you can get a good room rate. The service is stellar and the athletic facilities extensive. However the onsite restaurants are very expensive, even for a nice hotel. The breakfast buffet is very good but it better be since it’s 70000 won if not included in your booking! "
