I enjoyed my stay a lot. The front desk staff were very customer service friendly. House keeping is amazing and did a great job of cleaning the room when needed. The cafe food was very healthy and delicious, i forgot to mention the wait staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. My favorite part about this hotel is how close it was to the train station which made life easier. I will be back!!!!!

Small room. Very clean and comfortable. Staff very polite and friendly. You can smell the restaurant food. Location was set on a very busy main road and convenient to all places in Seoul. Would recommend.

The staff of the front desk, Hwang was very professional and kind. I have received amenties and some snacks with 2 cans of beer which i don't drink alcohol but it was still good. I was expecting the special gift of cartoon character but received different gifts. The hotel and my room was overally nice but when I checked in and soon as I elevated 10th floor, the carpet on hallway was peeled off and smelled awful.

Me and my friend had a very pleasant stay at the Shilla Stay Guro. Big shoutout to the front desk for their top tier service especially Saemi. The room was always clean and the hotel well located with easy access to public transportation. I loved the minimalist design of the room and common spaces.
