We came to Puerto Vallarta for my cousins wedding. She chose this hotel for her wedding. The hotel itself is ok. I hate writing bad reviews however I didn’t leave with a good experience when I approach the lobby to ask if they could bring me another two bottles of water. The person at the lobby said I had to call from our room to request that which I did. When I requested bottle of waters they informed be they couldn’t as they only give you the first two bottles complimentary. I said it was fine to charge me for it but I need them because I brought my baby and I needed to mix her formula. They refused and said if I wanted to complain I needed to complain with Expedia. That really upset me how I was treated over just bottles of water than I feel like it’s a pretty basic need. We paid a lot of money for our stay and we can’t get bottle of waters? It’s supposed to be all inclusive. Buffets at restaurants are al inclusive and you can get a glass of water there but you can’t bring them to your room. You must save your bottles of water and refill them in some of the water stations at the hotel. I saw everybody doing that which is fine however what really upset me again was the treatment I received. Food is also very bland and not a lot of options. It’s a big hotel and the elevators are very limited and very very small. We couldn’t fit all our luggage in one when we were getting ready to leave.

3 of us in a room, only 3 towels in the whole room no wash clothes no hand towels only 3 small shower towels . The beds were so small. You could hear the people in the next room's fart & breath. it echoed so bad in the hallways .Not a sound sleep thats forsure . The main pool had more dirt and sand on the bottom than the beach . all the drinks were watered down even the OJ,the food was slop This is a very low budget resort

We have been to that hotel 3 times over the past years and over all it has gone down - food quality, services, maintenance, entertainment program ... it is still a good and authentic place among those vacation towers & machines in the PVR hotel zone but could be better ... Staff is mostly very friendly and helpful ...

The rooms are significantly going down hill. Our sliding door on the little balcony was nearly impossible to open or close. Above the mirror and sink was caving in with many dead bugs. The lounge chairs are broken. the staff is beyond amazing except at front desk when checking in

Room was filthy with cob webs and dust all over ceiling. No hot water for first 3 days. Food was super limited. No toast in morning. Coffee was extremely poor like weak bildge water. Music was really loud and like a night club at times. There was a wedding one night and the music was so loud in our room it was deafening until 11pm. Staff was nice but it didn't make up for the shortfalls.

The hotel outside is amazing pools. Amazing restaurants are amazing. The buffet could use some variety. They should have some drinks for the kids like a special kids section different drinks for them. They always have feature drinks for the adults, but never for the kids. The rooms are horrible. They need updating big time. We’ve stayed here twice now and both times the room has been horrible for the price that we’re paying. I would expect a better room everything falling apart we went to use the pullout bed. There wasn’t even any springs left in it you literally sound right down to the ground as soon as you sat on it The mattress was horrible. It was literally flat like a pancake. It was probably 50 years old. My son couldn’t sleep on that nobody could sleep on that so then I had to wait for somebody to come up and look at it and then go and get me a bed that was suitable for him to sleep on that we had to put in the middle of our living room. My daughter fell on their pool deck and smashed her head. It was bleeding. She had cuts on her head. I phoned and asked for the doctor to come up to look at her head they looked at her head, bandaged it up and said that she should probably go to an ER. They told me that a letter to clear her so that she can go on an airplane and it would either be $100 US cash that night $90 US cash the next day or I would have to go to a hospital and spend thousands that should’ve been free when my daughter fell on their pool deck and smashed head
