"Luis upgraded our room to a Junior Suite for free due to it being our first time here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The drinks were delicious and the restaurants you book reservations at were very good. The buffet for dinner was not very good but the breakfast is good there. The coffee shop is delicious if you order a iced espresso with caramel and cream. Alex the photographer took our photos and he did a wonderful job. He is also very friendly. The only downside would be the seaweed smell. You can smell it at the pool and through out the resort off and on. If you snag a spot at the beach, you will not smell the seaweed odor at all. And the water is pretty clear near the shallow area. Wouldn't be a bad idea to wear water shoes due to the slippery rocks. The bartender at the beach, Angel is very friendly also and will make sure you keep a steady buzz all day feeding you mexican candy and mango tequila shots while sun bathing and swinging on the swings at the bar. Overall great experience. Would come back for the beautiful beach and people. Thank you!"
