The staff was absolutely fantastic. Carmen made us feel comfortable immediately. Housekeeping was thoughtful to bring us towels since we woke up too late to call housekeeping. The only thing was the location. There was no way to see if from the highway and there were no local spots to eat close enough to walk. In the end we had family pick us up and they had trouble finding it without the gps.

Tv remote was not working for the first day . So no tv on the first day. We were asked if we would move to another room , we declined going to another floor. The tv remote was really a bad issue. The room was very noisy , you could hear our neighbors room

The staff was great. The room was clean. The A/C worked great. Those are the most important things to me when I stay at a hotel, so great job with those! I would recommend it to someone else. The only negative I would say is that the person working in the cleaning area next to the complimentary breakfast was not so friendly when I asked if it was closed. It closed at 9:30 (I hadn’t realized it was approx 9:45), my daughter was about to grab a muffin, and you’d think she would have said “yes we’re closed, but please help yourself to anything here!” She didn’t. She seemed a little mad. That’s not acceptable, in my opinion.
