Hilton Garden Inn Wooster
"Our stay was fine. Didn't have much interaction with the staff, but the property and grounds appeared to be well maintained. A couple of negatives...even with a key card, there were exterior doors that wouldn't open. Frustrating as we arrived back at our hotel later in the evening. Parking. It was a bit odd....instead of a full lot in the front, there were small lots all around the building. Those were fine except when your key wouldn't work. Bathrooms. Great shower which is always a plus. Not enough bath towels, our toilet paper rolls weren't and there was no new roll waiting in the wings, and lastly, the sign with a QR code to tip the worker. A tip is a gift, and should never be assumed. Seeing that sign bugged me all weekend...."
