Don’t stay here

Don’t stay here. I left a night early because the place smelled of weed and cigarette smoke. Displaced people live here. It’s not a hotel. It’s a hostel basically for homeless people who can’t afford an actual apartment. The bed is uncomfortable and they only have 2 flat pillows. I only got about an hour of sleep due to screaming babies until all hours of the morning. It’s newly built but has quickly turned ghetto.

Way to go Woodspring!!!

My stay so far has been wonderful, it is not over yet, as of now ,I am here another week. Due to some personsl issues at home I had to make the decision to stay here on the fly. The front desk staff was very helpful and inviting. They allowed me to check in early as my need for the room came oin the early morning hours. I have extended my stay twice so far and it has been seemless to say the least. I honestly have nothing but good to say about this place, from the welcome, friendly and inviting feeling I get from every staff member, especially Sherry and Chris was awesome when my TV remote decided to die...7 remotes later and he had it working again!!! He truly impressed me as he hung in there with nothing more than a smile and A LOT OF PATIENCE!!! In addition to the cleanliness and great staff, I also have to comment on how contently safe I feel here. You can only enter the hotel by means of a room key card, if you have food delivery you have to go meet them at lobby door, no one can just come and go without a room key. The only time the front lobby doirs are unlocked are when front desk is open, even then you have to have a room key to exit main lobby, into where guest rooms are, it is a fell safe due to staff busy helping guests and can't account for everyone that has entered into the front lobby. As for fellow guests, I must say they are as helpful, inviting and friendly as the staff. When your happy with your accommodations it shows in ways you wouldn't believe!!!

Good stay

It was a good stay. However there was no hot water in the shower. Also the rear parking lot entrance door rarely shut and lock which defeats the purpose of the need to use a key card to gain access to the building. Furthermore, there was a lingering odor of marijuana in the building amd parking lot.

The staff was super nice, but the property was really dirty. The room smelled like somebody had been smoking in it even though it was a smoke-free campus. If you don’t mind the smell of smoke, the price is right.

Would not recommend. We were greeted by a strong smell of someone smoking pot in their room along with a woman who was completely strung out in the lobby. It was very clear this hotel served as a refuge for homeless. Hallways and elevators were filthy - and the it smelled from whatever people were cooking in their rooms. Room however was clean.
