"The hotel was okay. The rooms were very humid which made everything extremely sticky and wet. Because of all the moisture in the room there was mold all over the ceilings .When the room made warmer, it smelled like urine. The room was not cleaned the entire time that we were there, even when we asked for it to be cleaned. We had to ask for new towels. Everyday our key card stopped working and we had to find a staff member to reset our card every time which was not always easy. We were also not provided with soap to wash our hands. I would only recommend staying at this hotel if you are on an extremely tight budget. The staff at the front desk were kind. The cleaning lady seemed bothered anytime we asked for items. When we asked for things to be cleaned and replaced she came into our room while we were trying to change and would not leave after being told we needed a moment."

"I really enjoyed this place. This was my first going to Rehoboth to begin with so being right on the beach was amazing! The room was clean, spacious, it came with a full body mirror, mini fridge, hair dryer, microwave, tea/coffee, laundry accessories. Of course, it also came with tv, free WiFi, shower necessities etc. it was great! No complaints."

"The beach view was unbeatable. An entire wall of windows and I could lay in the bed and watch the ocean. I did not realize there was no elevator and we were on the 3rd floor. Only stayed a few days so it wasnt a problem but it would have gotten tedious with a longer stay. There is a dumwaiter(sp) so you dont have to lug all your belongings up the stairs. Its an old building that seems to have been pretty well maintained and we were very comfortable. Very clean."

"We won’t be coming back. It was a pretty good deal until we were told of the $25 a day parking fee. It would’ve been possible to walk to Bethany, but they were long blocks along a busy road. Even when you take your car, it’s four dollars an hour at the meters this is also in Rehoboth. So good luck and bring plenty of money."
