The hallways and elevators were not cleaned regularly as there was garbage on floors and tabletops. The room had an issue with overheating and adjusting the thermostat did not help. Many loud groups of children in hallways, foyer and restaurant. Parents were obviously intoxicated.

The hotel was undergoing renovations in the lobby area and were drilling into the floor causing airborne dust and debris. Staff had masks but nothing for guests. Staff were rude and un accommodating not to mention intoxicated hotel guests were harassing and following us in lobby. Worst hotel ever. Will never stay here again!
