The staff here is 2nd to none. They made the stay so amazing. The room was clean, much like the rest of the hotel. We didnt use the pool, but it looked great!! We stayed for a Jets game and the acees to the arena is so cool! Will be staying here again!

Rooms are clean and beds really comfortable. What makes the stay great is really the staff. I have always had a good experience staying here. Gave it four starts instead of five because the elevators went down and we had to walk the 17 floors down thankfully it was fixed to go back up
