"Friendly people,very good breakfast , I stayed one time few months back, clean room easy parking and they gave me tokens to buy drinks or snacks. Unfortunately this last time no tokens but, still a good place to stay. "

"The house is clean, equipped, and exactly what I expected. The price is very good and saved us a lot of money over hotels for this many people. The location is not as nice as we were hoping for, it is near a train yard, and car wash. That said, we felt safe, and only heard trains occasionally. It did not disturb our sleep. It did not feel skanky at all, just a little different location than I was expecting. There were four queen sized beds, we didn’t look for where they are counting the other two sleepers. Owner was easy to talk to, responsive and helpful. I would like it if there were more rental houses like this that charge a reasonable amount for clean lodging. It’s helpful when you’re traveling but it’s not a vacation and you just need a place to stay. Last thing: the leaving/clean out policy was the kindest I’ve had in a rental. Sometimes the list is incredibly long and they want you to do all the laundry and practically clean the whole house before you leave, on top of a high cleaning fee. This place made it easy peasy, and also charged only a very reasonable cleaning fee. "

"The property was great. Easy to access from the interstate. Well organized. Had everything needed. Great communication with the property manager - answered all my questions before and after booking. We were able to bring our two family dogs with us - the main reason we booked this property. "

"I gave check-in process only 3 stars, NO fault of the host. It is a VRBO app and technical issues. The host immediately corrected it and helped me with check-in. Host made up for the tech issues on behalf of VRBO, very friendly and responsive."
