Not happy with parking descriptions

The hotel is clean & ideally placed the only downside is the extra fee for parking which is in a multi story park behind the hotel across the street. I can’t remember the price but all hotels need to be more transparent with parking descriptions. I’ve started looking on google earth to check if there is land for cars around hotels now before I book if there isn’t you can almost guarantee extra charges for the privilege to park.

Good room with a great view

The room was good with an amazing view. Its located by the river, so you're able to enjoy the Riverwalk. There are a few restaurants near by in walking distance.

The sink was cracked in several places and the toilet didn’t flush properly. We had to lift the lid on the toilet tank a few times to adjust the mechanism inside so the water would stop running.

I did not like the front desk clerk, he was very cold like. the ice machines were not working on the 4th and the 6th floor I had to go to the 8th floor to get ice, Ice machines should be on every floor. The room was nice with a great view.

We had a room with the panoramic view, which was amazing. The room itself you can tell that they need some desperate updating and renovation. As well the carpets in the hallways. Other than that a good one night stay.
