Room was ok, could use updating. Towels and linens just ok. Food at the pizza grill right outside the waterpark… inferior. We had a personal pizza, a double cheeseburger and chicken nachos. The only thing good about it was we didn’t have to drive out of the park. Restaurant on main floor (I can’t remember the name) was freezing!!! I asked our server if there was anything that could be done and she was pretty dismissive! If I come to the waterpark again I will probably book a room nearby.

The pull out couch had a large hole in it and my mother woke up in pain every morning. The blankets covers are clipped to the bed, so who knows who washes them. I saw holes and stains. Last years stay was pleasant but this year was underwhelming. A room for 7 or us and not enough pillows, phone didn’t work and it was hard to get anyone to help.

Everything was great when it came to the hotel and the great people and the service there. The only thing that was not good was it was just so cold for our kids in the water Park with like the air circulating was strong and made it feel really really cold that my kids would comeplain and wanted to leave .
