The staff (phenomenal), the cleanliness, the attention to detail! The lady overseeing breakfast was a machine. Everything tidied up and perfect. The front desk staff were amazing!! Best staff we've ever seen and we travel a LOT!! 100% recommend staying here. It was less than a mile from the concert venue we bought tickets for.

Staff was top notch!!! Breakfast 5 stars! The room was clean,, but had an odor. We had a dog friendly room. My dogs kept smelling yhe sides of the beds. The bedspread was stained. I puuled them down. The bed appeared to be nice and clean.

Slept like a log. I was worried it would be noisy since it's close to the highway, but I had a room facing the other way and didn't hear a thing. Pet-friendly which was needed. The hallways are a little worn, but the room was very nice and updated. Really good value for a less expensive motel. Very nice people at the front desk. And I ended up leaving some valuable items in my room (silk and wool scarves in the drawers, along with some other clothing), and they rounded them up and mailed them out to me. Nicole was especially helpful. Thanks Quality Inn! Will stay there again.
