When we walked in we were met with kindness and check in was very easy. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. Good location and close to plenty of food and shopping. The provided breakfast consisted of bacon, eggs, cereal, danish, a variety of bagels, fruit and yogurt and then a pancake machine. All were very good and the atmosphere was very welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were okay and clean but nothing special. We skipped breakfast. Front desk staff were not properly trained. The entrance way was not good. No drive thru and we had to unpack in the rain so didn’t start off welll. The hotel is built in block shape with nothing interesting at all. You can find better for the money elsewhere.

tayed here on trip back from Tennessee. Easy access from I-81. Hotel and room were very clean. Breakfast area also very clean. Average buffet breakfast. We had a King Suite and my only feedback is the bathroom is quite small and you can't have the light on without the fan which is very loud. Also, rather than the large shampoo and conditioners, they use the tiny bottles. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again.

Again like the last two times we stopped in between our journey east and we weren't disappointed. Easy check in easy checkout. It was fast I walked in to the desk was asked my name given our key cards and a quick detail of the locations within the hotel. Rooms were clean and ready for our stay. Breakfast was good with many selections!

Highly recommend!!

Overall, our stay was great! The hotel itself was lovely and had everything we needed. We did have a small hiccup with a clogged toilet, but the manager was super responsive and had maintenance fix it while we were out exploring. Breakfast was just okay – a bit limited, but it did the job to get us going in the morning. The bedding wasn't the cleanest when we arrived (found some hair on one of the sheets), but after a quick call, they brought us fresh ones right away. A bonus was seeing so many cute dogs around the hotel! Despite those minor issues, we definitely enjoyed our stay and would book here again on our next trip!

This Microtel Inn is the perfect hotel to rest up on a long journey. The staff, especially Mystic, are friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The room was on the smaller side but had everything one could need. It seemed brand new and was super clean. And the breakfast was good, especially the pancake maker. I’m looking forward to staying there again the next time we’re passing through the area.

Second time staying here, last stay the bed was very comfortable. Reason we stayed here again, however the bed was lumpy and extremely uncomfortable. We were too tired to complain or change rooms. You pay for what you get . Will stay at the Marriott Courtyard going forward when we come to visit family.

The hotel was clean, and the staff was very friendly. It’s in a convenient location for everything we wanted to do in Winchester. The mattress was a little softer than I’m used to, but everything else was great.
