Refreshing

Newer hotel, super clean, spacious rooms and friendly staff. Only downside is the free "breakfast" that only offers bagels, cereal, oatmeal and yogurt.

There was constantly a big puddle in the hallway outside of the pool. I almost slipped and fell because of the wet floor. Maybe some type of mat would solve the problem unless you can assign staff to mop the area up at every half to whole hour during pool hours.

I have been staying at this hotel for a good many years and since it has changed names there are some good things and some not so good things about it. I like that the carpet has been removed and replaced with vinyl flooring. The new showers are really spacious and clean. What bothers me is the direction that the shower door is designed so that you have to walk under the shower head to get in the shower or turn on the water after you get in and so the water is cold! I also don’t like bedding. The sheets are thin and wrinkled. They look very shabby without the chic. The bed cover was also thin and uninviting. The room decor is not attractive at all. There is a backless stool to sit at the table. Very uncomfortable for an elderly person like myself. This used to be my favorite hotel to stop at while traveling from North to South. I give this new place three stars for ambience and comfort.

We stayed here for the state baseball tournament, so we had a lot of kids in and out. The staff were great and very accommodating. The kids loved the pool. Very clean and updated hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

I absolutely loved the spaciousness inside the room, as well as the 24 hr coffee/tea stand with cups and plates available. The shower is beautiful ! Some of the guest were really loud early in the morning, we could literally hear everything. All in all I would definitely recommend and stay again.

The beds in our room were uncomfortable and made alot of noise. Also late night and early morning it sounded like someone was moving furniture around, that was annoying, Breakfast could've been better

The staff was excellent, kind and helpful! They accommodated all of our needs and went above and beyond which means a lot. However, the sheets were cheap unbreathable microfiber and the beds were noisy to sit on. The air conditioner in our room stopped working in the evening so we had to switch rooms (thankfully across the hall and the girl was so nice to bring us a new key). This seems like an old building that they put some lipstick on with the Hilton name to make some $. I did appreciate the non-carpeted rooms because it seems more sanitary than walking barefoot on carpet in hotels.
