Great front desk agent during check-in. Room left a lot to be desired. Specifcally, stained living room wing chair, mattress cover did not fit bed so it created bulges under fitted sheet, poor pillows - each one was a different size and were flat once you laid on them, bathroom toilet with stains inside of bowl was gross, and toilet seat too small for toilet resulting in crooked seat. Tick crawing on bathroom floor! Ice machine was totally gross ! Thank goodness this was a one night stay.

Room window facing hwy and shear curtains. (the darker curtains do not close) leaving you expose to on lookers and having headlights all night. The breakfast was disappointing, no eggs or any type meat also no fruit. The beds were not comfortable

The hotel and staff were very nice. It was in a nice and well-lit area. Plenty of parking. Even though it was a nice hotel, you could see some water damage both inside and outside of the hotel. Overall, I'd stay here again but not sure it's worth the price.

Country Inn and Suites is just what we needed after a long day of driving. Check in was easy, the front desk was kind and helpful while the room was cool and comfortable. I will say that the property needs some updating. Waffle machine is broken, walls need paint in the hallways and rooms. We slept well and left rested. Thank you

This property is pet friendly. Unfortunately they don’t clean up well after the pets that stay there. We checked in just before midnight and were shocked at the amount of pet hair in 1 of the beds. With an early departure time we decided to use our own blanket and sleep on top of the bedding. The next morning, in the light of day, we were able to see just how bad things were. The window sills, the heating/ac unit, the bed, and floors were covered in hair. I must say that the Assistant General Manager Lorenzo was very understanding with my complaint and apologetic. He maintained a smile and offered to make it right. Best customer service I’ve had in this type if situation. My advice, nice place, but check in early enough to inspect your room.

It seemed to be cute when arriving. Families playing cards outside and happy dogs. But the room was beyond despicable and dirty and i ended up sleeping in my truck.
Moved chair cushion and found it had never been cleaned it seems.
Wanted to unplug the alarm clock and moved the side table.
