no frills place to stay. ok if you are on a budget road trip. VERY dated hotel. pretty flowers planted around the prop but they need to invest in some updates. Cute little continental breakfast was a plus.

The motel is conveniently located for points in the Berkshires, Vermont and New York. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was surprisingly large, with a desk, refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom was small but perfectly workable. The baseboard heat was quiet and worked well. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We were pleased with our experience here. Our hosts were friendly and accommodating. We were greeted by Sonal. We were given water and offered help to get our luggage to our room if needed. Our room was neat and clean and the main area was updated. The bathroom was in need of an update but it was clean and the usual hotel amenities were available. We had a queen bed and it was comfortable enough for a decent nights sleep. The motel itself is pretty quiet. It is set back off the main road so road noise was minimal. There is a stream running next to the property. They have a small concrete pad with chairs that you can sit and enjoy the sound of the stream. Sadly, it was raining during our stay. The continental breakfast items are what you would usually find in chain hotels. Waffle machine, pastries, hot and cold cereal option. Bagels and very fresh fruit. Coffee was good. There are only 2 tables as it is a very small room. There is a restaurant adjacent to the property with the same name but it is not owned by the motel owners. It is small but had good food. They also have a bar. The downtown area of Williamstown is a fairly short ride away and there are plenty of restaurant and bar options there. The only negative is the access to the second floor rooms. There are stairs only. If you have mobility issues you need to ask for a first floor room. I would stay with them again. Excellent Customer Service.

I would have given this hotel the top rating. Unfortunately it is very rural and phone reception with T-Mobile was inconsistent at best, even with WiFi.

My room was given away and I did not get refunded the money. I arrived very late on Friday night and stayed with family instead of going to the motel by myself. The following morning. I was told they had given my room away and there were no vacancies. They said they tried to call me on Friday night. To which, I never had a missed call. I had booked a 2 night stay. I am irate and have made it known to everyone I possibly could in Williamstown. Luckily I had family in town. I want a rebate

Dear Shannon shippee , we appreciated if you put your name on your feedback ! we wish if you describe more than what you mentioned it …! why we would go through all because of miss communication you know , however as we mentioned to you when you was @property to asking us why m I not having my room available we brief describe that we was tried couple times in your cell /home phone given by your in your reservation detail , with time frame when we called time evening between 4pm to 5 pm no response same day meaning NOV.8th.2019 then same day we tried agained night be fore we closed our day . but still no responsed from your end then we waited until next morning that some how we get response through our partner but still no updated , so the managemt decide to put your reservation as no show because of that was a busy weekend as you know why ? because of Williams college had a game ( home weekend ) we would not want our room left vacant as small business industries ! it surprice us when you stop by our motel said us that you was here in town last nights (NOV.8th,2019) with stayed with family . I wish if you contacting us same day let us know >>>> ! so we can prevent al this …., we requesting you please understanding circumstance you out us on ! we hope you understand ! sincerely , Sonal
