Very dated. Property was Crumbling with a mish mash of decor. Office smelled terrible as did the rooms (musty mildew). I shamefully paid 350 a night. Will never stay at this hotel again and extremely surprised Wyndham has their name associated with it

The tv was a real bother as it would cut out while you were trying to watch a show. The grounds were not picked up. The room above us sounded like a heard of elephants were up there.

Chose this hotel because I was able to get a smoking room. I booked a week in advance. I booked a smoking room and that was confirmed. When we got here at exactly 3:00 pm check in time, we were told NO smoking rooms available that they had all been booked. I had prepaid for this room online. So we stayed, but we were not comfortable or happy. It was just a get away for our 10th anniversary this ruined it. It was too cold to go outside to smoke. The woma

We were not told the pool was closed. It looked abandoned!! We chose this motel based on price and having a working pool! Our kids were very upset! We promised them a pool just as we had been!!! We asked for a credit but the clerk gave us a run around and said we could fill out a survey if we wanted. We dont't want a survey. We deserve some of our money back!!!!

disappointing

Pros: NOTHING
Cons: Everything could be improved
room had no bathtub, shower stall was swaying, showerhead was not all the way in the wall...tv was in and out reception,,,no fitted sheet on the bed...chair and ottoman stained...the pictures shown on line were not the room we were in...false advertising at it's best...would not recommend this or any other Hojo's to anyone..Travelocity should be ashamed of showing this place.

Clean, but well worn.

Nice people at desk. Quick to deliver cot & extra sheets. But, our room on second floor too far from wifi reception. Smokers underneath, not all cigs..folks drinking. Not very family friendly crowd. Clean, but kinda run down. Ok for short night visit. Didn't get to pool. Kids wanted to get away from the partiers below.

Not good place to stay.

Unless you have no choice at all and need place to stay, stay away. Very outdated, smelled like an old barn. Breakfast is just a name. Eggs were swimming in gooey water... Personnel was friendly, but thats about it. Did not even handle wake up call request ( they put a wrong room number and woke up someone else!?...). Location is good though. Minutes drive to everything.

Best value for the money in Williamstown

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet, clean, friendly staff
I was very pleasantly surprised by the room I had at this hotel. Very clean and efficient. The continental breakfast was ample and enough to get me back on the road. The staff was courteous and the room and bathrooms were clean, clean, clean. It appeared that the room had been renovated recently. I stayed in other hotels in Williamstown before, but paid more than double for basically the same experience. Will be back again, as my son has 3 years to go at the local college. Thanks!
