"When we called for reservations asking if they could match hotel.com price ,they said no,use hotel .com. But when we got there the desk person quoted us a much better price. But since we had already made a reservation on hotel.com we had to pay a higher price for the room. The stay otherwise was good. Breakfast was nice,"
