Thank you Ashley for taking the time to share some comments about your recent stay with us. We apologize about the train. Some are more sensitive to noise than others. May I suggest requesting a room nearer the front of the building next time. We do not mind. We also apologize about the pillows. They are regular size, but we have to tuck them in like that for looks. When I check in, I just grab and shake it loose from the closed end.We are glad that regardless of these minor items, you had a good time with us anyway.
