Convenient location friendly staff

The staff were fabulous, check in was easy. One lift was out which was very inconvenient for checking out because there were cues for everyone wanting to check out and full lifts. It took ages to actually get down and then wait again for the car park which we gave up on and walked out with all our suitcases. Not ideal. Other than that it was good.
