In spite of construction, the stay was very nice. Room was great and comfortable, and very good breakfast AND cookies. The doors do shut very loud, though.

Very nice and very recently updated room. The front lobby and 1st level were under remodel. So it was loud and messy. However, the staff was very accommodating and our room on the 2nd floor was fresh, clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

A good choice

Check in was quick and friendly. The room was clean. The hotel was under construction but not a big deal. The bed was comfortable but the sheets were small and kept coming off the bed. Everything was clean. Breakfast was good enough for a free hotel breakfast. I would stay there again.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HAMPTON! This was by far the worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at. The entrance to the hotel looks like you are entering a dirty gas station. I should’ve turned around right then, but I was traveling for work and tired. It took forever to check-in (or even be acknowledged) because the two staff members were chatting it up with another lady standing at the counter. When they finally acknowledged my existence, they double charged me for the room since I had already paid through Expedia. They couldn’t refund the additional charge to my credit card that they just made—instead told me to call around noon the next day. There is a renovation underway so I can overlook construction. The floor I was on had been renovated already so I was hoping I would at least have a new, clean room. Wrong again. The cleaning crew needs help. It looked like they used butter to clean the bathroom mirror and window. Both were dirty and smeared with something. The bathroom floor was dirty, grout stained in certain places already and the shower drain was rusted out. Wish I would’ve taken a picture but I was too tired. I will sleep in my car before I ever stay at this hotel again.

All of the employees we encountered were very nice and super helpful. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors were recently remodeled. When the 1st floor is finished the hotel is going to look great. The pool water was very cold and the construction on the building made it difficult into the parking lot the first night. There was a lot of construction debris lying around the parking lot.

The property was under construction. There was no where to park and there were nails in the parking lot. Then they were overbooked and put us in a king room when I had two young children with me. They didn’t offer to do anything for us.
