"So glad I found this hotel. Staff is friendly, helpful, ano accommodating. The view from my "tower view" room is absolutely fantastic. Wonderful view of the bridge and the south bank of the river. 5 minute walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops, and the Tower Hill underground station is an 8-10 minute walk, connecting you with the rest of London. Hotel is wheelchair friendly and so is the nearby underground station. Restaurants and shops nearby are also wheelchair accessible. The bed was soft, plenty of pillows, and the shower has plenty of hot water and built in toiletries. If you're looking for a hotel in London close to a lot of great food, shops and attractions, the Tower Hotel is a solid bet."

"Coming to London I wasn’t sure where to stay as I had quite a few factors to consider. But I cannot recommend this hotel more. They really treat you like royalty. I felt very safe, room was a great size and even got upgraded to a room with a beautiful view. Room service & the fry up was very tasty but there are a million options around if you want them. Kensington is a great area to walk around like a local but quick access to the tourist stops via bus or train if you’re not up for walking."
