Staff was very friendly. Had to leave 2 days early due to a very large Hockey event going on. My Daughters have Autism & don’t do well with so much noise & crowds.

Dear Traveler, Thank you for choosing to stay at our property. Our apologies that you had to leave early. We do appreciate the opportunity to earn your business and hope to have an opportunity to be your "home away from home" on the Cape!

Nice place to stay

Great clean room , extremely comfortable bed, very pleasant staff, wonderful breakfast each morning . News papers and coffee/tea 24 hrs a day in lobby. Overall great place to stay. One thing I would suggest is a information packet in each room, containing places of interest / maps etc; also reminding guests of entertainment and appetizers / drinks in lobby or cookies at 8pm. I think that would top off the hospitality and help guests experience all the Cape has to offer by providing an information packet

Great experience

Pros: Everything
Location: Bad time of year to visit. A lot of stores/restaurants where closed. But overall it was very nice!
The Hampton Inn was a great place to stay. Friendly staff, clean, comfortable. My kids enjoyed the pool and spent most of their time there, considering it was only 40 degrees outside during our visit. Great breakfast also!! I will definetely stay there again!

Great hotel in a great location

We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites this summer. Even though the hotel was full, the staff paid attention to details.

Centrally located

Pros: Location, friendly staff, and the included breakfast.
Location: Tour Cape Cod potato chip plant, visit Kennedy and Korean War Memorials in Hyannis, make day trips to other cities on the cape , and visit many beache
This hotel served as a central point for our day trips around the entire cape. It was close to some fine restaurants and attractions.

Good Hotel. Great for the Price

This is the first new hotel on Cape Cod in 27 years. It has excellent amenities such as indoor and outdoor pools. It has evening shows and movies. There were many families there and the children were having a good time. They had shuttle busing down to the beaches and ferries. The room was well appointed and there was free WiFi, as well as free use of computers in the business room. The free breakfasts were excellent and everyone ate heartily.
