They gave us a room that was not made up there were no sheets on one bed and all the cleaning supplies were just sitting in the middle of the room. The vending machines are my money, and we had a cockroach in the bathroom thank God we were only there g for one night.

I reserved a room with a queen sized bed, and I was told that the full sized bed was queen sized. The air conditioner didn't work and it was extremely noisy to the point that it kept us up. I stepped in dog poop twice, and there were vehicles blasting music. The desk personnel were extremely rude and told me if I didn't like it, I could check out. I would never stay there again and would not recommend this place to anyone.

The person at the desk was very friendly. He did call around 8:15 pm to make sure we were still coming, so I thought that was nice. The room. At first I thought it was a lot cleaner than it was. The paint seems new, the blankets do too. It did have a mini kitchen, which I thought looked nice but we didn’t use it. The air conditioner worked well, seems newer, and we had to use the heat in the morning and that worked nicely too. The airport wasn’t far so if you need that it’s a plus, and it wasn’t too far off the interstate. As for clean. It was ok. The bathroom vent needs major cleaning, as do the walls. In the morning, there was a dead cockroach in the bed. Now I know it’s Florida, but. This was in the bed, not on the floor. I did not have time to talk to front desk because we had to be at an event early. But I am including the pictures I took. I have canceled my next stay here in April. I have stayed in many lower costs motels, and this one started off better than a few.

It is a disaster! Checking in is chaotic! Lady “in charge” talking incessantly, doing very little! Telling everyone how they’re wrong! Chatting with 3 different people not at the desk while “checking in” a 4th person!?!? No bed covering, just a sheet! Towels that resemble cheesecloth! They’re always “sold out” where is the $$$ the place is hideous! Your clothes reek when you leave! Outside is as bad as inside! Disaster

Horrible experience

I will never stay at the Super 6 again, at least the Palm Beach location. The staff was terrible, the room smelled bad and there were zero amenities. I recommend to anyone … go somewhere else.

First, had to wait on desk clerk to show up, then had to put up a $100 deposit that doesn’t get refunded until 3-5 business days. Then the room door was hard to lock AND NO toilet paper. Also found a roach in bathroom!

If all you need is a place to stay it’s fine, my problem was they never came to clean the room, they never changed the sheets, or put more toilet paper in you had to go to the front desk to get towels but exchanging your old towels. The staff was fine but it’s not what i was used to in a hotel stay

The worst Hotel ever seen in my entire life! I had to change the room 3 times for the broken oven, broken phone to customer service, broken TV remote, missing trash cans, uncleaned rooms and dust everywhere! Moreover, the card key not opening my room, each time I had to go to their office to validate it. All pictures in Expedia were fake! The stuff are terrible, extremely slow in helping customers! They wasted all day of my vacation waiting my help just to get the new room! Very very disappointed!
