I liked the fact that there was a pool on site. I didn't like how my room wasn't cleaned or anything replaced in 5 days. I also didn't like or bother to eat breakfast after the first day when I got a bagged breakfast that came with an open water bottle and a package of instant oatmeal that was ripped open. I literally watched the maid skip right past my room from outside.

We were told that the shuttle from the airport ran until 11 PM. When I called them at 10:40, they told me it was too late. I had to take a taxi. The room they gave us had a huge water leak from the wall and there was a big puddle with water dripping. The person at the front desk said they had no other rooms except a King suite. We tried the keys they gave us, but they didn't work. After going to the office 3 times to have them check the keys, they still didn't work and they said they had no other rooms. We had to book with another hotel nearby. The Quality Inn said they would refund us our money since we couldn't stay there--they still have not refunded the money. They tried to say we overflowed the coffee pot--but we did not stay in the room, it had the flooding before we got there, and we took photos of the leak. Horrible place with dishonest management!

Recieved a bit of resistance from the front staff at check in after being given the wrong room. I reserved a room w 2 queen beds since I'm travelling w my retired military buddy, and they gave us a room w 1 king bed. When I returned to ask for an exchange, it quickly became difficult w the staff and was told it was not their fault and that they didnt have anything else. So reluctantly, they moved me to another king room + pull out couch. The attitude was glaring and unprofessional.

Tiffany the front desk girl was amazing and made us feel like family. Maintenance was great and the breakfast was good. Definitely will come back if we ever visit again.
