Located in the heart of West Palm Beach, the house is situated 3 blocks from the intercoastal, off South Dixie Highway just south of Belvedere Road, surrounded by West Palm Beach's most historical and affluent neighborhoods. Centrally located near shops and commodities, only 2 miles to downtown, relatively close to the beach, Palm Beach International Airport and the Brightline. Boutiques, restaurants, antique row are just a steps away. You will be able to walk to the intracoastal in minutes.

Only minutes away from the West Palm Beach Brightline Train Station :

Fort Lauderdale: Approximately 35-45 minutes
Miami: Approximately 1 hour
Orlando: Approximately 2 hours.

Nonetheless, having a car in South Florida is most often essential and practical particularly when you have access to free parking at the property.

Uber is also great for acquiring inexpensive rides nearby. You can also acquire a ride from the trolley that picks up people at City Place or order a free circuit ride through the app.

For additional safety the property is equipped with outdoor security cameras facing the parking and the backyard.

3. No parties, smoking or recreational drugs of any kind allowed on premises.
4. Please be kind to our furniture and property. Do not rearrange the furniture.
5. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dinning room.
6. Guest that are not on the reservation are not permitted.
7. Damages and extra cleaning will be charged to credit card on file.
8. Be respectful of check in and check out times. Our cleaning team needs the full time to clean the house spotless for your stay.
