Room #314 was disgusting, blood stains on the wall by the sink, pubic hair all on the bathroom floor, stained up bedding or just never got changed, hotel floor and room had a terrible smell, this place was so disgusting and so not up kept it's ridiculous! Worst hotel room I have ever stayed at, no breakfast in the Mornings.. this place needs to be shut down and re gone through and severely deep cleaned !

You know what? The property was a little on the run-down side, but it really has potential, or perhaps some investor would pick it up and renovate it. The location is pretty good, the layout was decent, nice pool outside, nice scenery with palm trees, etc. But on the downside, there were plenty of stains in the carpets, the elevators were a little sketchy, the staff at the front desk always seemed to be hiding in the back and you had to somehow get their attention by calling out since there was no bell on the counter. Also, the Internet speeds were terrible, there were sketchy people hanging around, inside and out. Hot water for the bathroom was hit or miss. The TV, albeit new (I was told), almost useless the way it was set up. The guide button did nothing, not many channels, and the resolution was 480i, that's like pre-HD TV days. The phone in our room did not work. Told them about it but it never got fixed. But all in all, I would go there again, the price was pretty decent for the area. As for location, it was easy enough to get to but there really isn't anything within walking distance. There was a gas station a couple of blocks away, and there was a Denny's about a four minute drive away, so that was alright.

I was turned around at the desk and told that there were no rooms available. My family had to sleep on the floor of the empty house that we had moved out of for the night.
