"I went to grapevine to meet business networking groups in grapevine area. I picked this hotel because I thought it would be a great place. My room was cleaned daily. Credits to housekeeping. When I drove to the property it stated there was a valet available on sign. When I drove up there was no valet in sight. This is important to me because it’s hard for me to carry all luggage by myself and I came alone. When I called the front desk upon my arrival they did send someone to help me. When I left I struggled to bring my luggage down. They were not helpful but they did offer a luggage roller downstairs. Additionally, I would not eat here again. I felt like I ate a bottle of salt. I ate at BC and tried the steak and club. The waitress said that was the best at the restaurant and she would recommend. I woke up at 2 am drinking tons of water. Note I had heart surgery last year and must watch my salt intake. I went to check out the business center and it looked like a broom closet. I believe you pay for what you get. I could have paid cheaper for other hotels in area and could have been provided clean room and better amenities. That should be least of my expectations. If you pay $300+ a night I expected a lot more. I did not use the tennis court or other amenities nor do I usually review but as a business owner myself I would want to know so I’m doing this for higher management. Despite experiences I still tipped staff. I understand people still have to eat and live."
