Nobody made up room, came and got garbage or change of towels - I did it. To make things worse the pool was closed and this was one of the reasons I booked Hotel - never received any notification about this - VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!!

Additionally, our wing was without power for 4 hours during our last full day. Nothing was done to make up for these inconveniences and what would have otherwise been a great experience was marred by these this inconveniences"
