The desk staff were extremely friendly and answered all our questions. We loved the historical nature of the building. The room was great with a balcony overlooking the main street in the waterfront area of St. Andrew's. We also had a view of the bay. The bar area just off the lobby was very lively with both visitors to the area and locals. We enjoyed the live music.

Actually easily found a parking place. Very neat and an excellent place to see. You can walk from here to all the stores and water. Check in was the easiest I've seen in years. Room was very clean and cozy. Loved the building .

The weather was sunny and warm which is unusual for the 1st week of October and St Andrews was alive with tourists. The staff at Kennedy House was friendly and attentive, this is a great place to stay.

It is a beautiful building but needs a lot of TLC. Staff were friendly. A local made a comment about this place and I believe that’s very accurate. The Kennedy House is Tired!

Such a cute little Inn. Can’t recommend it enough. Loved the ambience. Old historic structure so you are not getting all the modern luxuries but so much more character. Great Live entertainment and perfect location to everything. Ran into many people who were staying at the resort up the street who said they would have preferred the quaintness of the Inn.

Enjoyed our one night in St Andrew’s. We arrived during the dinner hours so had to wait for a server to check me in. I would recommend not checking in during this time. The bed was comfortable, great location. My only thing was the shower suddenly switches to freezing cold or scalding hot without warning.

Generally, the entire place needs a good deep cleaning, such as entrance/hallway carpeting. Beds were clean, nice toiletries, cheap towels. No phone in room, terrible tv channels. Didn’t want to turn on A/C because it didn’t look very clean. WIFi & tv didn’t work last night. Front desk staff trying to work the bar at the same time. Good location, good parking.

The gentleman at desk when we checked in was very helpful making sure we had found a place to park and bringing us in through a back entrance closer to elevator. Room was clean and comfortable with a couch and mini kitchen -more than we needed or expected. The bowl of seafood chowder we enjoyed on the front porch was a delicious end to a long day. A lovely Inn in a charming seaside town. We'd stay again if we are ever back that way.

We had a great time. The staff was great. Our room was ok. The age showed but it was clean and very comfortable. They had an amazing balcony you could sit at in the 2nd floor that over looked the main road. Also, the restaurant was great. Our meals were very good.

Very beautiful setting on the bay right in the heart of the village. Welcoming staff. Unfortunately the rooms, although clean, are just so outdated and in need of updates. Shag carpet, flattened down that no amount of vacuuming can revive. Dated tv with little to no channels to access. Cost per stay does not equal a room so out of date.
