There was no free breakfast option. There is a restaurant that is upscale that has breakfast on the 2nd floor. Otherwise you can walk across the street for an IHOP. Additionally, there is no option to do guest laundry at the hotel. Also, no hot tub at the pool and the heated pool water was freezing cold. Staff was super friendly though.

Me and my family had the most amazing time the hotel is so nice decorated for Christmas it’s so clean the staff is so friendly it’s conveniently connected to the Mall Of America. The bed was super comfortable the food at the restaurant was delicious they also provided a shuttle to and from the airport.

Stay here because you want access to the Mall—only! It is really worn down from hard, hard use. Carpets, furniture, some appliances need a refresh! But, beds comfy, fairly quiet, and shopping/dining right out the door.

The staff was really nice. Check in went great. The room was a little icky… a few long black hairs and a few short curlies. Lots of stains in carpet. Not the cleanest place we’ve stayed at in Bloomington but not the ickiest either. If you judge the place based on the lobby and the price you just expect more than what you get I guess. The bedding is awful. There’s not a comforter. It’s like half of a down blanket between two bad sheets.

I got amazing service from the staff! Everyone was so kind and patient and seemed genuinely happy to help. The valet staff in particular was excellent. Remembered us, wished us well on our flight and remembered our destination we mentioned at check in, just truly exceptional.

I ordered room service. The backyard burger was really good. I’ll definitely tell my friends about it. Unfortunately the customer service was lacking as I called later for a warmer blanket. The person picking up the call stated, ‘ugh you again, what is it you need?’ I apologized and asked for a warmer blanket. He asked, ‘is that all?’ With a sarcastic tone. The light weight blanket was delivered later. I turned the heat up as warm as it would go and took my king size sheets to triple them up as the room was colder than I expected. Check out was efficient and the valet was very nice.
