Tried to watch TV at 9pm before bed. TV came on but could not turn to a station or movie. Reported it. Front desk came over with another control but still nothing. Said he would make a call to his maintenance person. Called front desk back at 10:45 and he offered finally to change rooms but was too late for me to want to repack and carry everything to new room. clean room but poor service.

I booked a king, non smoking. I had my service dog and he said that only rooms with double beds can be used, so he gave me that room. I checked in and found that it was a smoking room. He said that his manager said that anyone with a pet (I have a service dog), must go into a double, smoking room. After going back to the counter a third time (this was 12:30 AM), he finally came up with the room I had originally booked. Room was comfortable, but run down. The bedding was stained and had holes.

The room had roaches crawling all over it I've even got pictures found them on the walls crawling on our dogs food around the toilet and fridge . Overall cleaning with awesome staff was excellent all except the roaches everywhere

This hotel was cheap, but the old adage “you get what you pay for”!rang true. There was no shampoo un the room. When I called and asked about shampoo I was told they didn’t provide that. I went to the front desk, and they did have some to give me though. The staff isn’t very friendly nor do they speak much English. The morning after I checked in I woke up to roaches on the floor. They moved me to a cleaner, updated room. The next two nights were bug-free. It was quiet there even though I was right next to the highway.
